Hello, we are Marc & Brittany Venekamp, along with our sons Hudson and Liam.

I, Brittany, have been passionate about dogs since my was young. I lost my mom in 2019 but she raised dogs for over 20 years. Ever since I was little, I was in the whelping boxes with the mommas and helping my mom every chance I got. My mom, Sue, raised Rottweilers in the 80's & 90's and added a few new breeds as the times changed with Newfoundlands, Rhodesian Ridgebacks and "my" dog Penny, an AKC classic fawn female, bred by my aunt Rita. From the time I got Penny at the age of 7, I was absolutely hooked on boxers. We started breeding boxers in 2012, and had a few litters but we were in town but we were searching and waiting for an acreage to raise puppies and grow our own family. In late 2018, we were able to purchase a 12 acre homestead. We added poodles to the pack once we moved to the country, and I became obsessed with their intelligence, personality, and being non-shedding curly coat. In spring 2020, my dad, father in law and husband completed my dream dog kennel; with grooming station, office, in floor heat, indoor kennels and a covered outdoor kennel run. Our dogs are first and foremost our pets and are allowed in the house, on the furniture, in bed but this is a perfect solution when we go to work or are away for an extended period of time (or when they are mud from head to toe!).

Our puppies are whelped in the house in our sunroom, adjacent to my bedroom and then typically around 4-5 weeks the puppies are moved out to the kennel to allow more room to play! We believe in early neurological stimulation, socialization, and grooming. We want to provide our puppies with these experiences for a well-adjusted puppy when they go to their new families. We believe our puppies are a life long commitment and if you are not able to keep your puppy, we will take them back no matter what, or will help in the rehoming process. We partner with our owners to make sure they know we are always available for questions!
